Hopefully, in the not so distant future, my business will run only Barudan machines. We are truly delighted with our new Barudan machines It is true that nothing compares to a Barudan for productivity and stress free embroidery. They are truly unbelievable Tom and myself take this opportunity to thank the team at Embroidery Source for all the assistance and support provided. We are extremely happy with our new production figures. Having now used the machines for well over 6 months, the new equipment has consistently and massively out produced our older equipment. So when it comes time to buying another machine there will be no shopping around, it will be straight back for another Barudan, the machine that's build for the job, a machine we know and trust. Since purchasing the Barudan we haven't looked back, business has gone from strength to strength. There's really never anything to fix! The customer support and service from all departments at Embroidery Source is second to none and we look forward to a strong business relationship for many years to come. All I have is absolute praise for the machine. Rob often phones or calls in to check on how things are going. There are still features of the machine I'm re-discovering and having been shown during setup, Rob can explain them easily and simply over the phone. Even though I am an experienced embroiderer, Rob spent the week with me teaching me some of the many features, which was greatly appreciated. The outcome was amazing! His training was second to none. His advice and help with re-designing the workshop, so that the machines would fit was most welcome.
I feel as if Rob was installed with the machine. We look forward to a continued amicable working arrangement with Embroidery Source and once again, many thanks.
